Your quote is confirmed by our team after review — no payment is taken online. Production starts once your first payment is received.
Most custom orders require a minimum lead time of six weeks. You can’t rush perfection.
Depending on the complexity of your request your lead time may be longer, and we’ll always tell you upfront before you commit.
