Lighouse Sign Up and Win Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Lighouse Sign Up and Win Competition. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

a. The competition is open to residents of the country where Lighouse operates (South Africa).

b. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

c. Employees of Lighouse and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. Entry:

a. To enter the competition, participants must sign up through the designated sign-up form provided by Lighouse and follow Lighouse on Instagram (@lig_house).

b. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize:

a. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

b. The winner will have the opportunity to choose between  (and only between) the dining room table sets “Volta 6 seater” or “Maputu 6 seater” as their prize.

c. The winner will also have the choice between two fabric options for the chairs: Lighouse’s standard “Griffin” or “Approach” linen.

d. The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with the chosen table set and fabric, beyond the stated prize value. e. The delivery of the prize is excluded. The winner must arrange and cover the costs of delivery or collect the prize from Lighouse’s Menlo Park or Paarden Eiland branch.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

a. The winner will be randomly selected by Lighouse within a reasonable timeframe after the competition closing date.

b. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the sign-up process.

c. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Lighouse reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Publicity:

a. By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to allow Lighouse to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation or prior notice.

6. Data Protection and Privacy:

a. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Lighouse for the purpose of administering the competition. 

b. Lighouse will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

7. General Conditions:

a. Lighouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

b. Lighouse’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including the selection of the winner, is final and binding.

c. The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
